Our Society exists to serve the poor. We are 100% dependent upon donations and volunteers to fulfill our mission. Donations are accepted in many ways, please consider the following:
- You can now donate to our St. Vincent De Paul Chapter here, online! We’re using the well-known and trusted PayPal system, which makes it easy to donate via debit card, credit card, or your PayPal account. And, once you click in, you can select whether you’d like the donation to go for general use or for other designated areas. It also allows you to select if you’d like you gift to be donated monthly. Donate online today – it’s easy!
- We take a collection at the end of Mass at St. Patrick Church of Merna and St. Mary Church in Downs on the third Saturday and Sunday of each month. We accept cash and checks. You can also designate to help us on your monthly envelope packet.

- We appreciate our relationship with neighboring churches in the area including, but not limited to: St. Mary’s Catholic Church of Bloomington, Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Historic St. Patrick Catholic and Epiphany Catholic Church. Please feel welcome to donate through your parish and/or talk with church leaders about involvement with our mission.
